I worked with International Trans Fund to develop their Strategic Plan for 2021 to 2025. ITF is trans rights donor organization that does incredible work in uplifting emerging grassroots trans organisations across the world. This work is transformational and centred in community. I wanted the report to reflect what it means to have a room full of trans people come together to support trans rights, the building process, the solidarity and sense of community that is at the centre of this work.
